For our Media & Marketing team we are currently looking for an Intern who will assist our team with the following tasks:

Content Creation and Management

• Assist in creating a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, brand-focused content for all our social media channels.
• Ensure our 'tone of voice' and message remain consistent across all platforms.
• Discuss content needs for Saint Blanc's social channels with our creators.

Influencer and Affiliate Management:

• Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators and brand ambassadors on Instagram and TikTok.
• Help conceptualize, organize, and execute brand events.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in the weekly monitoring, analysis, and reporting of our social media performance using relevant tools.
• Provide comprehensive reports and insights to the Brand Team and clients.

Strategic Development:

• Identify key trends, insights, and innovations on social media to keep our pages fresh.
• Help define target audiences and adapt content strategies to effectively reach and engage them, in line with the brand's strategic pillars.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, PR, and customer service for integrated communication strategies.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Collect and analyze social media feedback to identify common issues or areas for improvement.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

• Study or training related to marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Interest in daily content creation using social media apps, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Passion for social media and a deep understanding of its complexities.
• Good writing skills and the ability to tailor content for different social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, able to interpret, prioritize, and act effectively.
• Strong command of the English language.
