Refund policy

ORDERS DURING SALE, BLACK WEEK/FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY WEEKEND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product within our return policies. You have the right to open the package and check the items but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it including all original packaging, labels etc. If you return your order later than 14 days after receiving it, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.

From Germany it's important to send your return with the company Hermes to avoid a non-delivery error.

Return fees from the local couriers, are for the customer

When our quality check room notes that the item is worn, there is no possibility for a refund.

START YOUR RETURN PROCESS:
Please contact us at info@sntblnc.com to arrange your return. Our team will send you an email with a return form that includes the return address. Please fill out the form in full so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. If we have received your refund in good condition you will receive the refund within 5 working days on your originally chosen payment method.
