For our E-commerce team, we're on the lookout for an intern to help out with some cool tasks:

Product Management:
•⁠ ⁠Help manage product listings: upload new items, update current ones, and make sure all info is spot-on.
•⁠ ⁠Create a product calendar that lines up with our marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal trends.
•⁠ ⁠Team up with our creatives to produce eye-catching product descriptions and images for our online store.

Customer Experience:
•⁠ ⁠Support in handling customer questions and feedback via email, chat, and social media.
•⁠ ⁠Improve the shopping experience by analyzing reviews and feedback.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in coming up with strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Analysis and Reporting:
•⁠ ⁠Keep an eye on our ecommerce performance weekly and help with analysis and reports.
•⁠ ⁠Share insights and findings with the Ecommerce Team and management.
•⁠ ⁠Spot key trends to help us - improve online sales and customer engagement.

Strategic Development:
•⁠ ⁠Work with the marketing team to plan and execute e-commerce marketing strategies.
•⁠ ⁠Help figure out target audiences and tweak product listings and marketing strategies to reach them better.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other teams like logistics, marketing, and customer service for seamless e-commerce strategies.

Inventory Management:
•⁠ ⁠Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely restocking.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in organizing and managing warehouse inventory.

Digital Marketing:
•⁠ ⁠Help create and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
•⁠ ⁠Team up with the marketing crew to produce engaging content for our website and social media.

Ideal Skills + Experience:
•⁠ ⁠Studying or training in marketing, ecommerce, business, or something similar.
•⁠ ⁠Passionate about ecommerce and online shopping platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Good at staying organized and paying attention to detail.
•⁠ ⁠Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
•⁠ ⁠Strong English skills.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a bonus.
